Come posso pulire la mia borsa FiluFilu? / How should I clean my FiluFilu bag?

Tenere pulita la tua FiluFilu è semplicissimo: è sufficiente passare un panno umido con un po' di sapone neutro, oppure utlizzare i prodotti di pulizia per le pelli da divano. Ripassa poi con un panno umido e pulito per togliere i residui di sapone. 
Se vuoi puoi nutrirla di tanto in tanto con della crema neutra per pelletteria: in un attimo tornerà come nuova!

Keeping your FiluFilu clean is very simple: just wipe a damp cloth with a little neutral soap, or use cleaning products for leather sofas. Then wipe it with a clean, damp cloth to remove the soap residue.
If you want, you can rub it from time to time with a neutral cream for leather goods: in just a moment it will be as good as new!

E’ possibile fare una borsa su misura? / Is it possible to order a custom bag?

In tanti mi chiedono questo servizio, visto che sono un’artigiana. Però non mi è possibile assecondare queste richieste. Il costo di produzione sarebbe troppo alto e non posso garantire sul risultato finale. Quando realizzo una borsa nuova devo assolutamente studiare le misure, capire come la posso cucire e passare da un prototipo che va sempre testato. Questi tempi calcolati per una sola borsa portano ad un costo esagerato che non mi sento di proporre alle mie clienti.

Many ask about this service, since I am an artisan. But it is not possible for me to satisfy these requests as the production cost would be too high and I cannot guarantee the final result. When I make a new bag I need to rigorously study the measurements, understand how I can sew it and go from a prototype that must always be tested. Calculating the cost of all this effort for just a single bag would result in an exaggerated cost, which I don't feel is fair to offer my customers.

Mi piace tanto una borsa che non è più in collezione...come posso fare? / I really like a bag that is no longer in the collection ... what can I do?

Certo, la borsa FiluFilu è realmente fatta a mano a Verona da me. Non scherzo quando affermo che è un prodotto 100% Made in Italy: dalla scelta dei pellami sostenibili, alla progettazione e prototipazione fino alla realizzazione finale. 
Ogni FiluFilu è un pezzo unico.

Tempi di spedizione? / Shipping time?

Riceverai la tua nuova FiluFilu in un tempo massimo di 15 giorni. Perché così tanto tempo, ti chiederai! Presto spiegato: se il modello che mi hai ordinato non è già disponibile in negozio devo avere il tempo di prepararlo per te e a volte 15 giorni ci vogliono tutti.
Nel caso in cui ci sia il modello in pronta consegna, sarà mia cura spedirtelo velocemente in pochi giorni!

You will receive your new FiluFilu in a maximum of 15 days. Why so long, you wonder?
Quickly explained: if the model you ordered is not already available in the shop I have to have the time to prepare it for you and sometimes it takes all 15 days.
